RegalFit foot orthotic shoe insoles may be dispensed as ready-to-fit right out of the package. But, they are constructed of materials commonly used in full-custom orthoses. So, they may be easily ground, trimmed, heated and fitted with a topcover to give your patients a semi-custom orthotic at a fraction of the cost of full custom.

RegalFit Pro This 3/4 length foot orthotic is constructed of a medium-strength, semi-rigid, fine-cell polyethylene foam (50 Shore A Durometer). The Compact Pro features metatarsal support, with a relief on the 5th metatarsal. This material is ideal for a diabetic insert, is easy to trim and grind, and is thermomoldable when heated to 270-300F.
Indications: Metatarsalgia, Pes Planus, General Comfort Support

RegalFit Cork This 3/4 length foot orthotic is constructed of a semi-rigid blend of copoymer foam and natural cork (55-60 Shore A Durometer). The RegalFit Cork features the same metatarsal support with a relief on the 5th as the Compact Pro. But, is more applicable to more active patients and provides mid-range support. This cork material is ideal for providing a higher degree of control than the Pro, is just as easy to trim and grind, and is thermomoldable when heated to 270-300F.
Indications: Plantar Fasciitis, Mid-range Support

RegalFit Sport Firm This full-length shoe insole is constructed of the same copolymer foam and cork blend base as the 3/4-length Cork orthotic. It is reinforced with a 1.2mm fibrous thermoplastic reinformcent layer between the blue full-length, fine-cell medium soft (35 Shore A Durometer) polyethelene foam topcover. It features a contoured arch for comfort and is designed to easily transfer from shoe to shoe.
Indications: Plantar Fasciitis, Pes Planus, Athletes and Active Patients, General Comfort Support

RegalFit Sport Flex This full-length shoe insole features the same construction as the Sport Firm but features a thinner copolymer foam and cork blend base and is constructed without the reinforcement layer for added flexibility. It features the same full-length, fine-cell medium soft (35 Shore A Durometer) polyethelene foam topcover in black color. It features a contoured arch for comfort and is designed to easily transfer from shoe to shoe.
Indications: General Comfort Support, Flexible Support
